The Kernel Brewery - Brett Pils

For our Brett Pils, we took our incredibly popular Pils which we dry hop to create a moreish hoppy Pils and introduced brettanomyces into the mix. This was a great experiment that brought forth a very drinkable Brett Pils, you can expect a greater dryness and funk than our typical Pils.
