Misbeehavin - The Human Fund

Local apples and goldenrod blossom honey are the only ingredients in this semi-sweet cyser, which we aged in a freshly toasted American oak barrel for six months. Fragrant honey, apples and oak waft from the glass, while a taste reveals a slightly stronger barrel presence with a warming finish. This is a collaboration with renowned Swedish brewer Timo Krjukoff of Sahtipaja. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Peaceable Primate Sanctuary in Winimac, IN.
