The first local collaboration with the team who started it all here - Medvedgrad. A robust, biscuty, floral Double IPA with the addition of 100% local honey. Pouring a dark honey gold with a creamy thick head, this easy drinking DIPA welcomes you with strong notes of honey, pineapple, and floral bouquet on the nose. The big sticky mouth filling sweetness is cut through by the 75 IBUs given by american Denali and Lemondrop hops. This balanced marriage lends strong notes of biscuit, honey, pineapple, and citrus that will leave you full on a cold winters night.
