Fermentation
Beer description
An imperial IPA packed with a huge punch of eye watering hops. Its continuously hopped, in small doses, over its 60 minute boil, then a heavily whirlpool addition of west coast American hops. We then continuously dry hopped it every single day during its fermentation. Once our house vermont yeast had finished, we then dry hopped it another 4 times over 2 weeks. Dank citrus, tropical fruit, pine, and floral notes assault the nose while a complex bitterness rounds out the high alcohol making this imperial monster deceptively quaffable.
Hops
Centennial aromatic hop, Columbus bitter hop, Magnum (USA) bitter hop, Simcoe dual hop, Cascade (AT) aromatic hop
Genial cremig mit intensiver Zitrone.
