The Garden Azacca Pale

Single hop aple ale. Named for the Haitian god of agriculture, Azacca is a hop big in pine and tropical fruit tones. It’s excellent aromatic qualities make it a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions. The extremely low Cohumulone levels and high levels of Myrcene & Caryophyllene in Azacca contribute to the soft & smooth bitterness and lychee, pine, and black pepper qualities found in this American Hop. Sustained impressions of citrus and very ripe mango, with notes of orchard fruit, black pepper and pine needles.
