Beer description

Attention and space there! Here comes the "Flying Squirrel" in his little Rocket Racer. The new Nut Brown Ale Flying Squirrel is a Seasonal Special from the Ratsherrn Brewery from Hamburg and will give us the cold season with its nutty flavor guaranteed a lot of joy. Neat caramel, biscuit and chocolate malt give a nutty-sweet taste sensation and two British hop varieties are also on board. So get to the balls ... uhh nuts! In the glass, the councilman Flying Squirrel Nut Brown Ale shines in a dark brown, slightly amber red color robe and enjoys a creamy head of foam, which, however, passes very quickly. Notes of nut and caramel unfold in the nose. The Antrunk is characterized by a malty-spicy aroma with notes of hazelnut, roasted malt and a touch of nougat chocolate. Later, a subtle fresh hops note comes to light, which is accompanied by a minimal acidity.
