Barrel Aged Wheat Wine. The traditional gift for a second anniversary is something made of cotton. Taking inspiration from one of their sale’s manager’s favorite movies, the brewery present Bold Strategy Cotton. They imagined a big wheat wine, smooth, but light enough to take on plenty of barrel characteristics. Aged in Port wine barrels, this sweet, dessert beer is just a hint at things to come.
