Aged in Benjamin Vineyards' Chambourcin oak barrels for 6 months, this unique take on our year-round dry, aromatic Trappist-style tripel adds layers of bright grape and oaky vanilla for a perceived sweetness that folds in beautifully. A small batch bottle, released as part of our Bifurcation Project.
