A style dating back to the Middle Ages, this is our representation of this classic style. Using only the finest Pils malt and the most widely used German lager yeast strain, results in a crisp, refreshing cellar beer. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beers pour a hazy golden hue and is packed with yeast and vitamins that remain in suspension, rounded out with a pleasant hop notes.
