THE GENERAL (4.8% ABV) is made from a combination of actual old and young ginger, hence the flavours are undeniably ginger spicy and rich. The sweet notes accompanied by the explosions of gingery spice on the tongue makes it good enough to drink on its own, or drunk as an aperitif, or even used as a replacement for ginger beers in a variety of cocktails.
