Beer description
Brewmaster's Collective Exclusive. Cinq is our fifth offering in the Terroir series, showcasing Graciano grapes from Area 51 Vineyard, just 10 miles from the brewery. Initially fermented through the process of Carbonic Maceration and then pressed, the resulting grape juice was blended with a wild base beer, together maturing in French oak barrels for 7 months. The final beer is soft, mildly tannic, with an intense fruity, floral aroma accentuated with oaky vanilla and sweet spices.
