New Holland - Tequila Barrel Final Pairing

Tequila Barrel Aged Version- Brewed with Paul Arends for Beer City Pro-Am. The Final Pairing is a Russian Imperial Stout that was aged for 2 months in a variety of red wine, rum, and New Holland Spirits Zeppelin Bend whiskey barrels. After aging, the barrels were sampled and blended. An immense roasted character is enhanced with deep cabernet notes and a slightly hidden rum sweetness. It finishes with familiar oak and vanilla notes from the whiskey barrels. A complex, thoughtful sipper, that culminates a delicious experience.
