Fauve - Tendre Insouciance

This Imperial Stout gave us a hard time! It's been a while since Fauve wanted to put one of our favorite treats in our IS: maple syrup. And now we've done it! But with a beer this dark, it was hard to make it stand out. So we went for a very (very) high quality product. The result is a beer of insane intensity: maple syrup explodes on the nose, followed by subtle aromas of coffee and chocolate. On the palate, it's mouth-watering and warming.
