Beer description
From San Francisco, the Brut IPA is a dry version of the style and the antithesis to the sweet and gloomy NEIPA. Residual sugar and bitterness during light in body and color with a sparkling, light froth. We have added 15% rye malt to the texture and are heavily dried with Simcoe, Nelson Sauvin and Ella, giving the hops a unique shine.
