Aroma is floral, herbal and grainy. Pours clear pale golden color with thin soapy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet malty and slightly sour grassy, following is sweet biscuity and faint citrusy, mouthfeel is dry, while finish is medium bitter. Light to medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate.
