Rebel's - Techno Smile

A circle, a curve and two dots are the three signs that have entered by right into the history of the most famous pop icons of our culture: the "Happy Face" is now one of the most used symbols since the 80s in the clubbing scene and it has made its way to today in any chatroom :-)! We were so thunderstruck by its simplicity and effectiveness that we dedicated a new one-shot to our beloved smiley: that of Techno Smile is a recipe that is apparently simple but hides a great exercise in balance and synthesis. We use a base of Pils and Munich malts to give the wort the typical notes there cereals , bread crust and a good roundness in the drink. The hopping involves a mix of American hops that create a very fresh bouquet with resinous, floral and slightly herbaceous notes that make for an overall satisfying and refreshing drink. We dare you to open a can and not make a Smile!
