Beer description
What do you get when you get a bunch of taste fanatics to come up with a beer together? This extraordinary collaboration, that is! Forget everything you think you know about beer with coffee and taste the Tartopia! This sour is brewed with Dimtu, an anaerobic coffee from Ethiopia. At Keen, the beans are lightly roasted so the fruity flavours take centre stage. During the brew, we spent all day brewing litres, litres and litres of filter coffee to add just before fermentation. To boost the fruity character, we added some apricot to the brew. Wonderfully fresh and fruity, perfect for the hot days!
