Beer description
We brewed this Coconut Crème Pie-inspired sour with our homies at Xül Beer Company out of Knoxville.
Tally Me Banana was hit with a huge amount of banana, tons of coconut crème, vanilla wafers, and just a touch of vanilla. We decided to to get a little “strange and unusual,” just like Lydia Deetz, and brewed this sour with our El Jefe yeast strain to add to the banana character. What results it a refreshing, tart, tropical sour that just might have you dancing to the late great Harry Belafonte yourself!
