Creamy, smooth, cloudy and very fruity double IPA in "New England style". Intense fruity hop notes, very juicy and with a soft fruity-hoppy finish. It also has a pleasantly pleasant 8.0% alcohol content that is barely perceptible. The DIPA was hopped in a lager tank and during fermentation with a good portion of "Citra Cryo", "Mosaic Cryo" and the experimental hop blend "303" from Yakima Chief in the USA. "Cryo hops" are a concentrated form of hop enrichment. Less grass and leaves, which provide bitterness, but more lupulin and oils, which bring more and more intense exotic fruit notes to the beer. The experimental hop blend "303" is a mixture of "Citra", "Mosaic" and "Simcoe" (also Cryo hops) and "Phantasm". The latter is a powder obtained from the skin of the "Sauvignon Blanc" grape from New Zealand. A novel product which is mainly used for the production of very strongly hopped beers. All in all, a DIPA in which the most innovative processes and most modern hop varieties have been used to bring a beautiful intense exotic fruitiness to the beer. Taste profile: exotically fruity, stone fruit, passion fruit, orange, subtle sweetness, creamy, velvety, soft, pleasantly hoppy finish.
