Beer description
A clear, sparkling, blond beer.
The “Brut” character is created by a specific yeast -not a Champagne yeast- which converts all sugars. This gives the beer a very dry mouthfeel and a bitter aftertaste.
The slight esterification because of the yeast, combined with the dry-hopping, creates a fruitiness in which you will recognise notes of lime, lychee, melon and citrus. This beer will tickle your taste buds on all levels!
