Mang-Jong,” also called “Grain in Ear,” is the time in mid-summer when barley and wheat are mature and ready to be harvested. In Taiwan, Mang-Jong is also the time when tropical fruits are ripe and become available on the markets.
The brewery feel the best way to celebrate Mang-Jong is brewing a beer using Taiwanese’s most beloved fruit cocktail juice – Orange, Mango, and Guava. Needless to say, this beer is a sweet and tart fruit bomb, and will make you want to cry out “Thank you, Jesus!”
