Taiwan Head Brewers Brewing - Cinnamon Winter Welcome Ale

“Dreamdog” is a special collaboration with the talented Taiwanese artist Miss Yi Chen Z. The “Dreamdog”(his name is Bacha, by the way) is a Winter Ale brewed with locally-grown Cinnamon and is their interpretation of the holiday ale. Bacha is full of cinnamon, raisins, malty and caramel flavors with a lingering sweet aftertaste. Its 9% ABV may seem high to many beer geeks but Bacha wants to make sure everyone will have a sweet dream after drink his beer.
