Beer description
The birth of this Barrel-aged Roselle Sour Ale was an unexpected accident that amazed the entire brewing crew. During their yeast-hunting process , the brewery found a unique wild yeast strain in Taipei, that was later named Tien-Long (means “Sky Dragon”). They then brewed a sour ale with Roselle and Tien-Long, and aged it in bourbon and brandy barrels. The wild dragon was successfully tamed during the aging process and happily collaborating with Roselle to create an elegant sour beer full of fruity, butterscotch, and vanilla flavors. This beer showcases the harmony of the Trinity – wort, yeast, and barrels, and also shows you the right way to train the dragon.
