Beer description
American-style chocolate rye Imperial Stout. In terms of malt treatment, it would be an American stout, but since we used a significant amount of rye salad in cooking, it is difficult to define style. Unlike the" classic " Russian Imperial Stout, he is more a representative of the chocolate-cookie line, where hops become more pronounced. This is part of the classic Anglo-Irish features, but it is also accompanied by American-style late and cold-breaking, which is more fruity and floral in taste and smell, giving it quite unique features. Large, creamy, great harmony black beer, 7.2% alcohol. High alcohol does not appear in the scent or taste, so it can easily deceive the taster.
