Beer description
Black - a dark and rather clear brown appears in the pouring stream. Firm, clearly browned foam, fine to medium-pored - stays at least a finger's width over the beer for many minutes. The smell of roasted malt, roasted nuts, the bitterest chocolate, dry hops. Full-bodied and malty in the mouth. Taste of very dark roasted malt, black bread / pumpernickel, liquorice. In the background pieces of sugar. Oily and creamy texture. A little bit of dark chocolate comes through again. The finish shows a moderate roasted malt bitterness and an unspeakable, dry hops as well as some alcohol. Conclusion: The east wind is strong and relentless. There are some typical Imperial Stout flavors. There are good approaches, but the beer currently seems too one-dimensional.
Rostiges Bier

Dunkle Farbe und tolle langhaltende Blume aus grobporigem Schaum. Im Antrunk schmeckt man direkt die Röstaromen. Im Abgang leicht bitter mit schokoladiger Note.
