Plenty of malted rye, toasted rye and a touch of crystal to support Amarillo, Centennial and Galaxy.
Name is a wee nod to the opening track of Mr. Bungle's 'California' album.
Aroma: Lemongrass, Toast, slight nuttiness
Palate: Sourdough rye bread, white grapefruit, apricot
