Svaneke Bryghus - Blonde

Our blonde is fermented on champagne yeast and is indeed a counterpart to a wheat beer. It is light and cloudy in its appearance with white and durable foam. The fragrance is dominated by gooseberries, kiwi and citrus fruits. The taste is fresh with a slight sweetness. Good for light meals such as salad, fish and light meat.
