Lough Gill Brewery - Sunrise by Night

Sometimes we all need to walk back down memory lane with traditional flavours and evergreen feelings. Sunrise by night does all that. This Lough Gill Brewery Pastry Sour comes at 9.7% abv and it's packed with Raspberries and a touch of Vanilla. The first generously added during fermentation to fully express this red fruit juices and acidity while the latter is gently infused after fermentation for a sufficient number of days. Filled as usual with Lactose in boil, it went through tank souring and neutral fermentation. Filling, satisfying and rich! Craft Brewed in our independent brewery in Sligo
