Beer description
We present the New England DIPA, in which we have used a very interesting and promising variety called Subzero Hop Kief. It's an aromatic extract that is produced through a highly advanced technical process of extracting hop oils at very low temperatures. By combining this product with Nelson Sauvin hops, classic Citra, and the experimental HBC 586 hop, we've created a brilliant profile filled with mango, guava, lychee, citrus, elderflower, and apple notes. The overall taste has a moderate bitterness and resembles a multi-vitamin juice.
