Ah, the Italian summer! Sun-drenched pavements whose worn stones still remember the sandals of patricians and legionaries, crystal clear air, infinitely blue sky somewhere far away passing into the infinitely azure sea. Bassy whirring of "Vespas" or "Lambrettes", expressive noise, noise, conversations, laughter, music... And of course, Italian cuisine! Bright, juicy, fresh, combining at first glance not the most combined products, but the result, traditionally, exceeds all expectations. We really miss summer Italy, or indeed Italy - just summer! That's why we invented and realised our "Summer Caprese" imperial gose with ripe, juicy tomatoes, fleshy, sweet peach and a light fleck of cinnamon. Take a sip and feel like you're in a street trattoria in the middle of summer Palermo!
