The style of this beer is a pale ale, which we have enhanced with a magical combination of ginger and coriander, giving the taste an unmistakable note. The ginger adds a subtle yet refreshing flavour, while the coriander contributes a subtle hint of orange that perfectly complements the floral aroma of the Slovenian hops. The result is a harmonious blend of flavours, just right for under the palm tree. Summer Ale is inspired by Belgian beer styles, but we've put our own twist on it, and we've been serving it up for more than ten years. Although the recipe has been with us for a long time, we only brew it once a year, in spring, so that we can miss it all winter.
