Beer description
Another variant of our West Coast IPA, dry-hopped with El Dorado, Amarillo and Australian Topaz hops. A classic twist from an old #WestCoast school - dry and bitter, but with a nice citrus and moist hop aroma. Amarillo is one of the king hops for this type of IPA, citrus-like, full of grapefruit and nice herbal notes. We added some El Dorado for a little more tropical punch and a really fine Australian topaz.
