Bishop Cider - Strawberry Cheesecake

All the flavor of a huge piece of of cheesecake covered with strawberries and hand made whipped cream, but in a very drinkable, not nearly as filling and probably missing some of the hand made whipped cream flavor, cider... but it's still really, really good.
