This Rohfrucht Weiße is just like the Berlin summer: surprising, brazen, alive, curious and really rather dope. Brewed with 60% unmalted grains (barley, wheat and buckwheat) and then refermented with brettanomyces in a wooden barrel. Fruity, grainy and crisp - dit is’ Berlin, wa!
