Beer description

Natural, top-fermented, amber-colored strong ale with 20° original gravity and 9% vol. Alcohol. Light hopping with the Tradition variety brings a subtle aromatic tartness that underlines the peaty character. British whiskey malt kilned over Scottish peat for peaty, smoky aromas. Caramel malt, barley malt and malt sugar form the rich amber color and the strong, strong body. Warm fermentation With warm fermentation, top-fermented ale yeast creates a complex spectrum of aromas and the strong 9% alcohol, which enable the long shelf life.
