Modeled after an iconic British Virgin Island Rum cocktail of a similar name, this kettle soured beer starts with a smooth and creamy malt base. To this we add a touch of molasses plus 4 parts Pineapple Juice, 1 part Orange Juice, 1 part Coconut Cream.
