Stony Koi Bird

Koi Bird is a Citra dry hopped beer fermented with Grapefruit Juice and Sake Yeast. This distinctive yeast gives the beer a silky body that finishes with a hint of sake floral/perfumy notes. Jasmine Rice (for classic Thai rice fragrance) and Red Rice (for a hint of nuttiness) add complexity and depth.
