We start by souring the wort in the kettle, imparting a bright tartness that harmonizes perfectly with the fresh blood orange juice and tropical hop flavors and aromas. Fermentation with their house yeast adds spiciness and a lush texture. In this bottle you will find a juicy, west coast IIPA with a refreshingly tart dry finish.
