Bottom-fermented, natural specialty, full beer solid, fine-pored, cream-colored foam. The smoked beer shines in color with chestnut tones and red effects. The smell dominates with a clear smoke note, which is rounded off by fine wood tones. In the background there are aromas of pome fruit and green pepper. The bitter hop is subtly reserved and the full-bodied character of the beer expresses a certain sweetness.
