Magnificent copper with deep red hues, slight opalescence and cream-colored foam. An impressive bouquet unfolds caramel, mocha and vanilla, accompanied by a hint of dried plums on the nose. A fine mousseux and a creamy structure develop in the mouth. The first taste is of strong fullness and is gently swarmed by top-fermenting aromas. The delicate bitterness harmonizes with a subtle sweetness and thus ensures a multilayer on the palate. The reverberation is impressive, elegant and of impressive length.
