A powerful Russian Imperial Stout is the foundation of the "Sun King V", which has been stored for several months in the Kirsch water ash barrel. Black as the night impresses the expansive beer with distinctive roasted notes, but still leave room for soft tones and wood nuances. The memories of ripe Burgundians are no coincidence, but the nose and palate offer an aromas of dark stone fruit, coffee and finally delicate balsamic notes.
