The Kellerbier - A beer that is also known as Zwiekelbier. The STEBNER cellar beer has a very light malting body, is extremely tasty, sweetish, dark and a true taste sensations. History: Depending on the region, the cellar beer is also called Zwickelbiere or Zoigl in the Upper Palatinate. The beers come as the name suggests from the "cellar" storage cellar. The beers are not filtered, are very full-bodied and the carbon dioxide content is slightly lower. These beers are also available "unspiked" (non-pressurized storage). The Kellerbier is often served directly after the post-fermentation process - this underlines again clearly the "sweetness".
