Beer description
Our beer is brewed using the traditional open fermentation tank method, using only water, malt, noble hops and natural top-fermenting yeast. Pale beer, unfiltered (interestingly, the label on the front says filtered), pasteurized. Ingredients: Water, Pilsner, Munich and light caramel barley malt, hops: Magnum, East Kent Goldings, Galena, top-fermenting yeast S04
