Beer description

In collaboration with their friends from the Stanley Park Ecology Society, the brewery is pleased to introduce their new Conservation Corner beer series in conjunction with the ongoing educational initiatives at their brewpub. This beer contains the invasive blackberry (Rubus Iaciniatus) and burdock root (Arctium spp), which appear and spread in Stanley Park. During the fermentation process, the brewery added blackberry puree and burdock root in the brew kettle to achieve earthy notes. A rich, dark, and malty German lager with a subtle roasted character from dark malts, accentuated by abundant blackberry flavor and aroma. Brewed and packaged at Stanley Park Brewpub. Each can is sold individually.

Sehr dunkles Lager Bier. Geschmack fruchtig nach Brombeere.
