Beer description
Nøkle vendur can mix together many ingredients from the neighbourhood in an old oak barrel from Italy. It could be honey, morello cherry, rhubarb and beer. Then you let it sit and simmer for a while, maybe two years or so. Then you put on your national costume, take a step, dance and throw a little party to celebrate that this tastes delicious.
