Beer description
Semi-sweet cider made with tart cherry pomace, apples, and a little cinnamon and vanilla. French Oak figures prominently, adding tannins and notes of allspice, caramel and vanilla. Even though we used dried cherries, a strong note of tart cherries runs across palate.
