S:t Eriks - Citra Pale Ale

A new beer in a slightly different way and at the same time a type of beer that has borne the signature of head brewer Jessica Heidrich since the days of home brewing. Light, a little less alcohol and a lot of taste. Late hops provide a tasty bitterness and a lot of aroma. The citrus hops that dominate this pale ale are the rebellious descendants of successful crosses of the classic hops varieties Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Tettnanger, Brewer's Gold and East Kent Golding. Who would have thought it would be such a proud offspring from such traditional parents !? We used it very early on for what was then St. Erik's Pale Ale. Now there is an updated, unfiltered version with an even more focus on the hop aroma. Slightly inspired by the New England style, but mixed in S: t Eriks' characteristic and balanced way.
