Mountain Culture Beer - Spherical genius

This is a game changer! For this resin forward WCIPA we’ve let nature take the lead with our dry hop dosages. After selecting some of the dankest American hops we could, we dosed the multiple dry hop additions as per the Fibonacci sequence in terms of the amounts of each hop and the schedule on which they were added. Nature also gave Riwaka, Simcoe and Columbus hops because she loves us and wants us to be happy. So we threw them in plentiful amounts into the rich malty base of Spherical Genius to create a beer as balanced yet complex as nature itself. The dank undercurrents are offset by fresh oranges, lemons and lime notes, allowing all elements to live in perfect harmony.
