Beer description
Speciál 13˚ is our 13°P Czech-Style Lager brewed using a multi-step mash and 100% Czech-grown Pilsner malt.
It’s fermented extra cold with our house lager yeast and hopped exclusively with Czech Saaz.
After lagering for six weeks, Speciál 13° drinks with a nice doughy, crackery malt profile and pushes light floral aromatics, backed by a clean bitterness and slight spiciness of our Saaz hops.
