It’s been 2 years since 2022… People are still the same. They’ll do anything to satisfy their craving for IPA’s. And they need Soylent Green. This addiction is brewed with Red Icatu green coffee beans from the Apaneca Ilamatepec biosphere in the west of El Salvador Mountains. To achieve an (over)ripe fruity profile these beans undergo an anaerobic fermentation process and are sundried afterwards.
